<p><span lang="EN-US">This study presents the development of water injection system for turbocharged spark ignition engine. The control is built (SI) engine where was injected at intake port just before throttle body. data collected from simulation through GT-Power software to determine optimized output Single-stage statistical responses and boundary models were established by using Model-Based Calibration Toolbox. Control Simulink tests conducted based on speed position as variables. highest value brake torque achieved in taken base amount. mean predicted recorded 12.29 g/s while variance below 1%. simulated with set standard deviation 1.18. a low percentage 0.04% pulse width modulation signal. ideal be constructed tested actual test bed.</span></p>
